Tiger Stripes.............  ? so many pieces of junk out there made by lord knows who best thing to do is find where everyone else gets theirs from wouldn't take a gamble on ebay for stuff like that...sooo difficult to identify specially from the pics that are usually posted by the seller don't get me wrong....there are some good ones out there Trey Moore is your best bet www.mooremilitaria.com |

nothing wrong with the ones pictured
it all depends on what you want them for...ie..reenacting/rolling in the mud(for example only)or as an original collectible item
personally on ebay i would purchase from an individual seller rather than an ebay store
everyone has to start with something....its just tiger stripes are so difficult to be accurate with where as a third pattern tropical suit is so distinct and easy to identify

Thats the difference though i guess-reenactors or airsofters wouldnt dare roll about in a pair of originals even if they were lucky enough to be able to find and or afford originals so have no choice but to buy repros and as far as i can see most seem ok its when you see people wearing those modern BDU type uniforms in those horrid colours that makes me laugh!!!!
I am no authority as i have never seen or handled a pair of originals and to be honest after reading an article on original tigers it did my head in so for me the "generic" Nam style repros are good enough for me and at least from pics in books etc while maybe not 100% spot on look good enough for me.
