Hello, In Need of a vietnam reenacting or living history group to join but finding it hard ???Tried/sent emails to contact AIPS but no replies .I am keen and enthusiastic.I know someone who is in a 19th century group who said a pitty I was not interested in that period as I enthusiastic and feels I would be good for there group.I am interested portraying is a grunt of the period for now.As I have said before I am a vietnam collector and have a interest in the period too..What's need is a vietnam reenacting or living history group in the north of England. Maybe I should go off and form a 1 man group as a advisor as I have the basic kit for that . Cheers.................... Horror has a face... and you must make a friend of horror. Horror and moral terror are your friends. If they are not then they are enemies to be feared.

Hello Chris
I've just joined so I will probably end up in the wrong section!
For a while I've been putting together a replica 'Pibber' - it's well on it's way now and has had a few outings on the Norfolk broads and out to sea at Lowestoft. At the start we did a You Tube vid, just to give an idea of what we (I) wanted to achieve. Type in 'PBR Canned Heat' - I can send the link.
What I am looking for is a crew! It's a mk1 rep so early sixties is about right. If you know 4-5 of your members who fancy a day out on the Norfolk Broads - shooting up the tourist gin palaces and perhaps doing a video let me know. If there are any members in the Norwich / Gt Yarmouth area I would like to hear from them.
That's it really - the boat isn't the sort of thing I can take to re-enactment rallies so we stick to the rivers of Norfolk!
