Hello, my name is 1LT Gregory Hines of the U.S. Army. I am currently in Hawaii in a wounded warrior unit as I recently suffered from acute liver and kidney failure that nearly that cost me my life.
I vowed that if I got a second chance and made it out alive, I would start making films because this is what my heart wants to do.
So, here I am, making Under the Skin. This is a human interest story about the evolution of the U.S. military tattoo and memorial tattoo and how wounded warriors use them to recover from battlefield scars.
I am looking for soldiers from any era, age, rank and regardless of what war, conflict or campaign you fought in. If you have a military and/or memorial tattoo and a story to share, we want you.
Also, I need reenactors to play out these stories according to the period.
I look forward to being a part of this community and I hope to hear from you all soon.
Note: we'll be traveling throughout the states in a few weeks so it is possible for us to come to you.
