right i know trhe aircav guys carry heavy kit in their rucks on patrol for the reality lesson......my question is thus what kit do they carry to give the weight in / on the rucs so i can work out what needs to go in mine {can't be sciving off now as they don't}

Nick if you fill it up with old t shirt's sock's stuff like that i swear you will get the weight about right just throw it in till its bursting then by the time you get the gear on the out side you will have a nice heavy ruck that will look the part , now that would only apply for the show's if you was on a battle weekend you would put all the items in it such as food, spare cloth's, bog paper, etc that you would need over the weekend. hope that answer's your question.  |
