In the last few month's i have had more application's to join
the uk air cav than ever before which in the first instance
tells me we are doing thing's right, however just by wanting to join a vietnam group doe's not give anybody automatic membership, it is my job as recruitment officer to make sure that all new member's are of the right calibre to keep up the standard's we require in our particular group, my job is not a easy one and at time's is very difficult to tell a guy i dont think
he is suitable, but every decision i make is for the good of the group and nothing else, so anybody who is thinking about making a application to join us please make my job easier by
accepting the decision i make instead of giving me grief like a couple of guy's have this week
