Hi All
How are ya?
I'm curious to know what insignia (If any) the tunnel rats wore.
I have tunnel rat shoulder title and circular tunnel rat patch I wore on breast pocket, but i am not convinced its authentic.
please can someone shed some light.

Hiya Rat, I've got a book on tunnel rats, they're guys from the 1st inf, 25th inf, going by a few photo's it has, they had locally made patches, on there own designs, they wore them on the left breast pocket, hope this helps, Chris. 3rd force recon  |

thanks chris, any ideas what this patch looked like? and im assumin the tunnel rat shoulder title was a post war/veteran out of service type thing? or just a completely fictional item thats been made lol!

Hi again rat, the book doesn't show any photos of the pocket patches, on a couple of photos of the tunnel rats, they're wearing jungle greens or ERDLs with div patch but with no tab above, sorry i can't tell you any more, this is not something i'm normaly into, but have a look on the internet, you may be able to find something  |
